1. How do I create a job?
To create a job, you need to register and create an account online. Once you have an account, log in and then create a job by selecting the type of job (basic logo, design layout, complex artwork, etc.) and the type of service. Once you have created your job, you can upload your artwork directly to the website or you can fax or mail your artwork.
 
2. How can I submit artwork?
We accept all types of file formats, jpeg, gif, tiff, bmp, ai, eps, doc, ppt, cdr, psd, pdf, faxes, scans, hand drawn sketches, product samples. You can directly upload the electronic files to the website or fax in your artwork. You can also mail product samples and we can create camera ready artwork from those samples.
 
3. How do I receive my camera ready artwork?
Once your job is completed you will receive an email notification from our website notifying that your job is complete and ready for download. The email will also contain a link that will lead you to a jpeg file which will let you preview your completed artwork. After confirming that the completed artwork is correct, you can make the payment for the job online and then download the files directly to your desktop computer from the website. Once your job is complete you can log in to the website and download the completed artwork any time 24/7.
 
4. What file formats can I get back?
We can return camera ready artwork in any file format that you need. Eps, ai, cdr, pdf, psd, tiff, jpeg, gif, bmp, or any other file format specified.

2. Who Provides Domain Name Registration Services?
CameraReadyArt will register your Domain Name for you. This is done to avoid errors and to be sure the domain name being considered will benefit you most.

If you are having CameraReadyArt Design your site, the registration is free for the first year and AUD19.95 per year thereafter.
 
4. How do I purchase a Domain Name?
CameraReadyArt can assist in the decision of which Domain Name to register. After you place an order for a website, we will assist you with the Domain Name selection and register it for you.
 
5. Can I have More Than One Domain Name?
Yes. You can have as many as you want. There are promotional reasons for this as well. If you are interested in multiple Domain Names, we strongly advise our clients to let us assist in the decision of which domain names to register.
